Eligibility for Returns

• Unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.  
• Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original unopened packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized items, software, or items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

Refund Process

• Once the product is returned to us we will issue the refund and initiate the refund process within 7-10 working days (subject to clause).  
• Refunds will be processed via the same payment method that was used to make the purchase.

Replacement Policy

• You can ask for replacement of any defective or damaged product within 3 days of delivery of the product.
